Introduction and Acceptance
abc4 is an online entertainment and gaming platform operated for players in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between abc4 ("we", "platform") and you ("user", "member").

- Each person may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

- abc4 employees, their immediate family members, and associated partners may not participate on the platform.
Important: Creating an account for an underage person or helping them use the platform is strictly prohibited and punishable. abc4 reserves the right to verify age at any time.
Account Registration and Security
3.1 Registration Process
When opening an account on abc4, you must provide your correct name, a valid mobile number or email address, and any other required information. If an account is created with incorrect or false information, that account may be cancelled and the associated balance forfeited.
3.2 Password and Login Security
You are fully responsible for your account password and login credentials. Never share this information with any third party. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify the abc4 support team immediately.
3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)
As part of maintaining a secure platform, abc4 may request documents required for Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any time, such as a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued document. If the correct documents are not provided within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended.
Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Payment Methods
abc4 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Bank Transfer (major Bangladeshi banks, such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). Transactions via any other method will not be accepted.
4.2 Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal Amounts
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (the same for all methods)
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000
- Withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
4.3 Transaction Verification
Before processing a withdrawal request, abc4 confirms that all account activity is appropriate and consistent with platform policies. Additional verification may be required for suspicious transactions.
Bonuses and Promotional Offers
5.1 Welcome Bonus
abc4 offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example:
- Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus — total balance ৳3,000
- Deposit ৳10,000 and receive a ৳8,000 bonus — total balance ৳18,000
5.2 Wagering Requirement
To withdraw the bonus amount, you must place bets worth 15 times the bonus amount. The calculation applies only to the bonus amount — not the deposit amount. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 15 = the bonus becomes withdrawable after placing a total of ৳30,000 in bets.
5.3 General Bonus Rules
- Each member may claim the welcome bonus only once.
- Using multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits is strictly prohibited.
- abc4 reserves the right to modify bonus terms at any time.
- Before withdrawing winnings earned with bonus funds, the wagering requirement above must be met.
VIP Program and Cashback
abc4 offers weekly cashback across four VIP tiers. The cashback rate for each tier is as follows:
- Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
- Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
- Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
- Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
Through regular play you can advance to higher tiers. abc4 reserves the right to change the criteria for determining VIP tiers.
Fair Play and Prohibited Activities
abc4 is committed to ensuring a fair play environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Creating multiple accounts to obtain bonus or promotional benefits
- Fraud, match-fixing, or any form of deceptive activity
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games
- Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account
- Operating an account with funds from illegal sources
- Taking unfair advantage of abc4's technical vulnerabilities or errors
Involvement in any of the prohibited activities above will result in immediate suspension or cancellation of the account, and all balances may be forfeited. Legal action may also be taken if necessary.
General Rules of Betting
Before participating in any game on abc4, please read the specific rules for that game carefully. The generally applicable rules are:
- Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
- If a bet is affected by a technical error, abc4 reserves the right to review that bet.
- abc4 reserves the right to set betting limits on specific games or markets at any time.
- Bets placed on erroneous odds may be considered void.

- Extended period of inactivity
11.2 Closure by the User

Limitation of Liability
abc4 always strives to operate a safe and reliable platform. However, abc4's liability is limited in the following circumstances:
- Loss caused by internet disconnection or technical issues
- Loss caused by the user's own negligence or error
- Failure of a third-party payment service provider
- Any unforeseen event beyond abc4's control (force majeure)
